Bob Moravec, Executive Vice President of Raymond & Associates, has been with Raymond for more than 10 years. Currently, Moravec manages the company's Kenosha, Wisconsin offices and portfolio as well as oversees the day-to-day operations and development of Raymond's newest commercial venture - Indian Trail Plaza, a 300,000-square-foot retail center. During his tenure with Raymond, he also helped develop and build The Falls at Pike Creek, a 168-unit apartment complex in Kenosha.
Prior to joining Raymond, Moravec was responsible for managing and marketing a 125,000-square-foot shopping center in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin, as well as remodeling and reopening a 350,000-square-foot enclosed shopping center in West Bend, Wisconsin.
Moravec is currently a board member for the Kenosha Area Chamber of Commerce. He has also served on the Sturgeon Bay Area Tourist Information board and the West Bend Chamber of Commerce.
